Welcome

My name is Zoe and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) based in Los Angeles, California. We may work well together if you want to:

  • Quiet the anxious voice in your mind and regain a sense of control of your life.

  • Move towards hard conversations rather than avoiding them.

  • Gain the tools to navigate the complexities of relationships with multiple partners.

  • Develop skills to move more easily through a world built for brains that work differently from yours.

About Me

My Background

My name is Zoe, and I’m a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT#153241) supervised by Khristian Durham (LPCC#13759). I specialize in supporting clients navigating OCD, anxiety, complex relationship issues, and neurodivergence.

My clinical training includes a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology with specialized courses focused on couples, somatic, CBT, and narrative therapies. I have experience working with individuals, teens, and families in a community mental health setting, as well as private practice. My experience treating clients within a diverse population has allowed me to develop an eclectic approach, as each individual requires unique care.

My Approach

The core of my work as a therapist is deeply relational. My clients describe me as warm, collaborative, curious, and direct. My goal is for anyone who steps into my therapy office to feel at ease and prepared to delve into the deep, and often difficult, work of changing your mind.

We’ll work together to figure out what feels most effective for you. I tend to draw treatment strategies from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), emotionally-focused couples therapy (EFCT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I will keep you informed every step of the way about what we’ll be doing and why I believe it will be helpful to you.
