Specialties

I work with teens and young adults who feel paralyzed by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or compulsions, even when they appear to be “doing well” on the outside. Many of my clients feel confused or frustrated by their minds and worry about what their thoughts mean, even though these experiences are more common than they realize. My approach is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a highly effective therapy for OCD and phobias that helps clients face fears, loosen the grip of compulsions, and regain a sense of freedom.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety

I am sex-positive and kink-affirming, and I support partners in navigating differences in desire, boundaries, power dynamics, and relationship structures without shame or judgment. Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar patterns, overwhelmed by conflict, or uncertain how to move forward during periods of transition or growth. My goal is for all members of a relationship to walk away from therapy with the tools to communicate with more honesty and openness.

Non-monogamous Relationships

Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy

Whether you’re formally or self-diagnosed, your identity is welcome in this space. I specialize in helping people who struggle with social connection, burnout, rejection sensitivity, and feeling like they’re somehow “too much” or “not enough.” We’ll work together to explore relationships and build skills in ways that respect your brain rather than fight against it. You don’t need to make eye contact. You don’t need to small talk. You are valid and worthy of connection as you are.
