  • I work with adults, teens, and couples who are navigating OCD, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My particular focus is working with people struggling with checking OCD, relationship OCD (ROCD), contamination OCD, and individuals and partners in non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships. My practice is affirming of LGBTQ+, kink, and sex-positive communities.

  • I work with a range of OCD presentations, including:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, and phobias. Rather than trying to eliminate intrusive thoughts, ERP helps you change how you respond to them. Over time, this reduces the intensity and impact of anxiety and compulsive behaviors. We will always approach ERP collaboratively and at a pace that is manageable for you.

  • Yes. I work with individuals and partners in consensually non-monogamous (CNM), polyamorous, and open relationships. My approach is affirming and non-pathologizing. You won’t need to justify your relationship structure in our work together.

  • Yes. Jealousy, insecurity, and anxiety are common experiences in non-monogamous relationships, especially during transitions, or the introduction of new connections. We can explore these experiences with curiosity rather than judgment and develop tools that support emotional regulation and vulnerable communication.

  • I offer in-person therapy to clients in Los Angeles and virtually throughout California via secure telehealth. Our office is located in Silverlake, near Sunset Junction.

  • I accept Aetna, United Healthcare, and Optum insurance. I can provide superbills to clients who would like to receive reimbursement from their PPO insurance. My fees for private pay clients are $150 for individuals, $200 for couples, and $100 per person for polycules seeking therapy together.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions, though frequency can change over time depending on your needs and goals.
